PROGRAMMES | CURRENT MENTORING PROGRAMMES
The Women Leadership for Energy Transition Think Tank Representatives is a skills-sharing programme. The initiative is implemented by both GWNET and the International Network of Energy Transition Think Tanks (INETTT). The comprehensive programme is designed to empower and equip female staff members of INETTT member institutions to become influential leaders driving the global energy transition. It aims to accelerate their professional growth, enhance their technical expertise, and expand their professional networks. Through a powerful combination of one-on-one mentoring, targeted training, and high-impact networking, this initiative will support talented women in advancing their careers and stepping into leadership roles within the energy sector.
