PROGRAMMES | CURRENT MENTORING PROGRAMMES
We are proud to launch the first edition of this mentorship programme, dedicated to advancing the careers of women energy professionals from the SADC region. The initiative is led by the Global Women’s Network for the Energy Transition (GWNET) in collaboration with the SADC Centre for Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency (SACREEE), with financial support from the Austrian Development Agency (ADA), the operational unit of Austrian Development Cooperation (ADC).
The 12-month programme seeks to empower women in junior and middle-management positions as well as to advance their career through mentoring, networking and knowledge development.
ABOUT SACREEE: SADC Centre for Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency (SACREEE) is mandated by the Member States to promote sustainable energy for improved energy access & security. For more information, visit the SACREEE website.
