As a mentor, you get the opportunity to give something valuable back to more junior professionals. Mentoring can contribute to the personal and professional development of both yourself and your mentee. By supporting, you help shape the direction of future generations in your field of expertise.

BECOME A MENTOR

Requirements for becoming a mentor

Expand your own knowledge through the mentees’ perspective! If you are interested in volunteering as a mentor in one of GWNET’s mentoring programmes, these are some of the requirements:

Approx. 1-1.5 hours of availability online
At minimum 5 years of professional experience in the energy sector.
Commit to participating in the mentoring programme’s online kick-off and graduation events.
Optional participation in online mentor networking sessions.
