Short Bio:
Abir Yahyaoui is Geologist and Senior Program Officer at the Natural Resource Governance Institute (NRGI), where she expertly leads the Tunisia Program. In her pivotal role, she oversees the management and implementation of projects, budget monitoring, and strategic communications. Additionally, Yahyaoui is an executive board member of the Tunisian Association of Petroleum and Gas (ATPG), where she contributes to advancing the energy sector’s standards and practices within Tunisia. Her dedication to sustainable energy and gender equality in the energy sector is further evidenced by her memberships in the Women in Green Hydrogen Network. She is also a founding member of the Tunisia Energy Society.
