Short Bio:
Uemaa is a renewable energy engineering working in Mongolia. She works at ADB funded Upscaling of Renewable Energy Project from Ministry of Energy in Mongolia. Her experience includes developing public policy and renewable energy regulations, stakeholder management in public and private partnerships, resource assessments, consulting on and off grid system calculation for development projects and volunteer programs. She is passionate about gender equality, public policy, development and volunteer project management.
