• Experience as Projects /Programs Evaluator
• Geographical experience covers in particular sub-Saharan Africabut also Southern Eastern Asiaand Latin America.
• In depth experience of working with international donors such as: EU, AFD, GIZ, World Bank, etc. as well with Ministries of Energy, Regulatory authorities, Rural electrification agenciesin developing countries, especially in Sub-Saharan Africa.
