This includes leading large-scale facility construction projects, developing strategic partnerships, analyzing geographic expansion options, and piloting initiatives focused on quality, process improvement, and cost efficiency. Project experience in Ghana, Uganda, Spain, and Taiwan. Serrina leverages her program leadership and corporate strategy experience to create infrastructure, secure resources, and foster partnerships that enable engineering teams to focus on designing bespoke solutions to complex problems.
