Short Bio:
have more than 8 years of experience in the energy sector, with a comprehensive perspective developed through roles in the private, government, and academic sectors.I have contributed to the design and development of public policies on energy transition and energy efficiency (2018–2024), including preparing the Annual Reports on Mitigation Potential in the Electricity Sector for the Ministry of Energy. I also led the review of the Transition Strategy to Promote the Use of Cleaner Fuels and Technologies at SENER.I am a co-author of the National Climate Change Strategy, Vision 10-20-40, supporting its publication in the Official Gazette in 2024 and its presentation by SEMARNAT in 2025. My international consulting experience includes projects with GIZ and the Danish Energy Agency, as well as collaborations with local Ministries of Energy Over the past year, I served as the Technical Secretary of the Energy Commission in the Mexican Chamber of Deputies.I am recognised for my proactive, disciplined, and results-oriented approach.
