Short Bio:
Roxana is an independent energy transition consultant that actively engages in the advancement of the energy transition. With 25+ years of experience in the energy industry, Roxana has worked in leading public and private entities and her global experience includes over 40 countries in the Middle East, Africa, Europe, Asia, and South America. Throughout her career, she has influenced investment regimes, designed industry-standard models, and negotiated integrated projects. Roxana participates, chairs discussions, and delivers presentations on energy transition matters and is a member of several teams and groups that share her interest on decarbonization such as the Peruvian Association of Hydrogen, the LATAM chapter of Women in Green Hydrogen, and also participates on AIEN’s drafting committees related to hydrogen and derivatives. Roxana is a Peruvian national and is fluent in both Spanish and English. Roxana holds a law degree from the University of Lima, an MCL from the University of Michigan, an MBA from Rice University, postgraduate studies in Renewable Energy (U Austral) and a Hydrogen Expert Certificate (REI). Currently, she is pursuing a Master in Energy Transitions.
