Certified Negotiator Facilitator, with deep knowledge and on approximation and implementation of energy and climate acquis in the Western Balkans and the Eastern Partnership countries. Strong academic background with a PhD from thee European University Institute (EUI) in Florence (IT), and LL.M. from the University of Leiden (NL).
