Dr. Nonyameko Prudence Sincadu is a seasoned energy sector leader and innovation strategist, currently serving as the Biofuels Manager at PetroSA. With over 20 years of experience across petrochemicals, biofuels, and sustainable development, she brings deep technical knowledge and a proven ability to lead complex, cross-disciplinary initiatives that drive transformation in the energy land scape. Dr. Sincadu’s career spans research and development, industrial innovation, and global portfolio management. At Sappi Limited, she managed a multi-regional innovation pipeline, aligning emerging technologies with strategic business goals across South Africa, Europe, and North America. She began her career at PetroSAas a Research Scientist and has played a central role in Fischer-Tropsch catalystdevelopment, refinery optimization, and biofuels strategy implementation.She holds a PhD in Catalysis, an MSc in Chemistry, and a Master’s in Development Finance, complemented by certification as a Prosci® Change Practitioner. A published researcher and patent holder, Dr. Sincadu is recognized for her ability to bridge science, strategy, and sustainability—making her a compelling voice on innovation, energy transition, and inclusive leadership in the green economy
