I hold a PhD in Power and Electrical Engineering and specialize in energy market design, renewable integration, and the commercial management of electricity assets, combining technical expertise with policy and market-oriented insight. I currently serve as Commercial Lead and Head of Regulatory & Commerce at Caucasus Clean Energy Holding, where I am responsible for regulatory compliance, electricity sales strategies, and cross-border electricity trading for a portfolio of hydropower plants. Previously, I held senior analytical and commercial roles in international investment firms and Georgian energy companies, contributing to renewable project development, market analysis, and export operations. Alongside my professional work, I am an invited lecturer and program manager at Georgian academic institutions, teaching renewable energy project management, energy policy, and environmental protection. I have also worked as an international consultant with organizations such as USAID, the European Commission, EBRD, Nord Pool, and Veolia Group on electricity market reform and renewable energy integration.
