Short Bio:
Ambitious just energy transition policies don’t fail because of bad intentions. They get stuck because delivery is hard. I’ve spent the last 20 years working in that gap: between political commitments and what happens on the ground, between global frameworks and local realities, and between government strategies and community aspirations. I help teams minimize political and social risks, move from planning to action, implement paradigm shifts, and co-create solutions that communities help shape, govern, and sustain. My work sits at the intersection of policy, market transformation, and implementation.
