I am Lisa Kratochwill, a passionate advocate for sustainable energy and an active contributor to the energy transition sector. My educational journey in Industrial Engineering at the Technical University of Vienna laid the groundwork for my commitment to driving innovation within the energy industry.
My professional path has been marked by a robust involvement in the digital transformation of the energy system and the promotion of sustainable energy solutions. As an expert at the German Energy Agency (dena) in Berlin, I focused on the utilization of Artificial Intelligence in energy-related projects and played a key role in fostering Franco-German collaboration in the energy domain.
Currently, I am part of the dynamic team at VERBUND AG, Austria’s leading electricity company, where I continue to drive innovation and progress in the energy transition. My motivation is deeply rooted in my desire to contribute to a cleaner, more efficient energy future.
As a member of the Global Women’s Network for Energy Transition, I am committed to empowering communities, building partnerships, and promoting the adoption of renewable energy. I believe in taking bold steps and am eager to contribute my knowledge and experience to pave the way for a greener future.
