Short Bio:
Karla has five years of of international experience on the areas of: Power markets, energy economics, energy efficiency and power systems. Thorugout her experience, she comes together operational, technical, modelling, economical and regulatory experience in Europe and America. She has been leading several carbon and power market projects in order to asssest the correlation between both and its impact in the EU energy transition pathways. Before joining ABB, she worked at ICIS where boost her knowledge in European power markets with a main focus in Portugal, France and Norway. Previously she worked in El Salvador as Energy Programming Analyst where she was responsable for the techno-economical operation of the Central-American grid.
