Geraldine Mupandanyama is a business executive turned entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience across corporate and startup ecosystems. Her career spans roles in banking, energy, IT distribution, and environmental services—where she led operations, sales teams, and growth strategies. Now, Geraldine focuses on entrepreneurship and ecosystem development as Founder and CEO of Darena Ventures. She leads capacity-building programs for early-stage startups—particularly women-led and climate-focused ventures—offering support in market development, fundraising, and investor readiness in countries including Zambia, Malawi, Tanzania, Kenya, Nigeria, and the DRC. She holds an MBA and Postgraduate Diploma in Business Management from MANCOSA, a bachelor’s in marketing, and certifications in investment management, marketing.
