Short Bio:
I’m a recent graduate of GW’s Elliott School of International Affairs with a strong interest in sustainable development, international economic policy, and climate action, particularly across the Global South. With experience in policy communications, academic research promotion, and grassroots environmental engagement, I am inspired to advance my career in supporting the energy transition. Over the past few years, I’ve developed communications strategies for academic think tanks, managed social media outreach for research conferences, and worked directly with communities impacted by environmental injustice in South Africa. I’ve focused on framing sustainability issues into galvanizing narratives. I’m now looking to merge my communications experience with policy work. I would like to grow my understanding of collaboration between public, private, and NGO sectors in the energy transition worldwide. How do we overcome barriers in each sector to make energy accessible and clean for everybody? This is the problem I want to solve.
