Short Bio:
Eneida is a Mexican economist with a Master’s in Project Management from the Universidad de Cooperación Internacional (Costa Rica), an Executive International MBA from Spain, and a Diploma in Competitive and Business Intelligence and Economic Clusters from Tec de Monterrey (ITESM-Mexico). A PMI-certified PMO practitioner and one of Mexico’s few ENVISION Sustainable Infrastructure Professionals since 2020, she brings over 20 years of international experience in the Oil & Gas sector (upstream, midstream, and clean energy) across Latin America. Eneida has held senior management roles, served as Director of Economic Analysis at Mexico’s Ministry of Energy, and worked with the British Embassy in Mexico. She has received multiple international recognitions for her contributions to the energy sector, business leadership, and gender equity initiatives in Colombia, Peru, and Mexico. Eneida is President of WEN Mexico and G100 Energy Wing, a mentor for GWNET (Austria), and an active member of Voz Experta, Red de Mujeres en Energia Mexico, as well as an honorary member of AMEXME Aguascalientes (businesswomen’s association). In 2025, she was awarded a full scholarship to the Mining, Oil and Gas Management for National Development Executive Program at the Blavatnik School of Government, University of Oxford.
