Short Bio:
Linda Malima is a graduate of University of Malawi (UNIMA) and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Arts (Humanities). Prior to joining CorpsAfrica, Linda worked with Chipembere Community Development (CCDO) Organization as a volunteer and also a full-time Programs Assistant; and Kondanani Children’s Village as a Class Supervisor (Teacher) under the Accelerated Christian Education (ACE). Linda has also served as a volunteer with other organizations including Triple A Foundation, as a Project Manager; The Pad Project, as a Menstrual Health and Hygiene Ambassador, and a Leaders in Energy (LE) Ambassador to the present. Prior to joining CorpsAfrica/Ghana, Linda served as a local Volunteer in Malawi and during her service she worked most with children, youths, women and people who are differently abled through reusable sanitary pad-making, teaching, vegetable growing agribusiness, and tree planting initiatives. She also did Water Pumps Installation project with $ 2, 000 support from CorpsAfrica, and a School Block Renovation Project with £ 1, 000 support from Friends of Malawi Association (FOMA) UK. From 204-2025 she served as an Exchange Volunteer with CorpsAfrica/Ghana, and she supported women, children and youths through socio-economic empowerment, promoting volunteerism among youths, advancing access to Information Communication Technology (ICT) education, use of clean cooking energy and agribusiness. Currently, she is serving with Community Rise Organization as a Resource Mobilization Officer.
