A seasoned diplomat with over 20 years of international experience. Have been instrumental in shaping regional collaboration on sustainable energy, renewable technologies, and green transition pathways. At present, the Executive Director of the Economic Cooperation Organization Clean Energy Center (CECECO) — an intergovernmental organization established as a joint initiative between UNIDO and the Economic Cooperation Organization (ECO), and a recognised member of the Global Network of Regional Sustainable Energy Centres (GN-SEC). Headquartered in Baku, Azerbaijan, CECECO plays an important role in advancing clean energy and sustainable development across the ECO region.
