Short Bio:
Oluwatomisin O. Odofin is a sustainability and project coordination professional with over four years of experience managing grant-funded and impact-driven programs across agriculture, climate action, and energy transition sectors. She currently serves as a Portfolio Analyst in Grant Portfolio Management at the Africa Enterprise Challenge Fund (AECF), where she supports the selection, due diligence, and implementation of innovative renewable energy projects under the Energy Transition Challenge Fund, contributing to clean energy adoption and SDG-aligned impact. Prior to this role, Oluwatomisin worked at Africa Exchange (AFEX) as a Senior Analyst in Sustainability and Programs Management, where she led and co-managed multi-million-dollar donor-funded initiatives in partnership with organizations such as USAID, Shell Foundation, and Bayer Foundation. Her work has directly improved livelihoods for over 150,000 smallholder farmers, advanced climate-smart agriculture, promoted women’s economic empowerment, supported large-scale reforestation, and strengthened organizational compliance with global sustainability standards including ISO 14001 and ISO 9000. She has also contributed to carbon finance initiatives, sustainability strategy development aligned with TCFD and SBTi frameworks, and regional program expansion across East and West Africa. Oluwatomisin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the Federal University of Technology, Akure, and has completed professional short courses in the Sustainable Development Goals and Circular Economy from the University of Copenhagen and Lund University respectively. She is passionate about driving measurable, long-term impact through strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and effective resource allocation, and is known for her strong analytical skills, leadership, and commitment to sustainable development.
