Short Bio:
I am a lawyer at an international law firm, specializing in employment law with a particular focus on the gender pay gap and the EU Pay Transparency Directive. I have also contributed to the development of a tool designed to identify and analyze gender pay gaps, enabling organizations to take data-driven action toward greater transparency and equality. My work sits at the intersection of regulatory change, corporate governance, and strategic workforce transformation. In parallel, I am actively involved as a shareholder in a renewable energy venture participating in the development and operation of a wind park. This dual perspective—legal advisory and entrepreneurial engagement in the energy sector—allows me to connect regulatory, economic, and societal dimensions of the transition. I am joining GWNET to both contribute and grow: to support organizations in navigating compliance and equality challenges while expanding my involvement in the renewable energy space. I am particularly interested in exchanging ideas at the intersection of energy transition, diversity, and sustainable business models, and in building meaningful collaborations within the network.
