Short Bio:
I am an experienced public servant with over a decade of expertise in administrative and project management roles within the energy sector. I currently serve as Supervisor for Administration and Payroll at the Electric Power Corporation (EPC), where I oversee payroll processing, staff supervision, and administrative reforms that enhance efficiency and compliance with governance standards. I have a strong track record managing donor-funded projects with international partners, including ADB, NZAID, JICA, and the European Union. I hold a Professional Diploma in Public Sector Management from the University of the South Pacific and have attended specialized training in governance, project implementation, and report writing. Notably, I participated in the Training of Trainers program in Fiji, which enhanced my capacity to deliver training and build skills among colleagues, strengthening project implementation and knowledge-sharing within my organization. Recognized for my leadership, integrity, and commitment to ethical public service, I actively contribute to improving transparency, accountability, and efficiency in Samoa’s public sector. Outside of my professional work, I enjoy hiking, going to the gym, traveling, and engaging with political and community initiatives.
