Short Bio:
I am a senior strategist and programme leader with deep experience designing and delivering complex national reforms at the highest levels of government and multilateral institutions. Over the past decade, I have worked across the Presidency of Nigeria, the United Nations, and World Bank-financed programmes, supporting governments to translate political priorities into implementable policies, institutions, and large-scale programmes. My work sits at the intersection of policy, finance, and execution, particularly across energy, climate, public finance, infrastructure, agriculture, and social development. I previously served as Special Assistant to the President of Nigeria on Operations and Strategy, where I supported Federal Executive Council processes, coordinated flagship Presidential initiatives, and managed politically sensitive, multi-stakeholder programmes valued in the hundreds of millions of dollars. I have overseen national interventions spanning food security, power sector recovery, mining formalisation, and industrial policy. I currently serve as Senior Specialist at Sustainable Energy for All (United Nations) and Lead for Country Carbon Market Activation, where I have successfully delivered national carbon market activation plans for Nigeria, Rwanda, and Ghana. In parallel, I am seconded as Head of Strategy for the Nigeria Revenue Service, leading institutional transition and enterprise-wide reform following the transformation from the Federal Inland Revenue Service. I am recognised for bringing structure to complexity, credibility to reform, and discipline to delivery. I work best in high-stakes environments where outcomes matter, timelines are tight, and coordination across government, donors, and the private sector is essential.
