Omolola is a highly experienced business leader and strategist with over 15 years of progressive, multisectoral expertise spanning finance, supply chain and logistics, fundraising, and impact investing. She has a strong focus on financial inclusion for renewable energy initiatives, technology innovations, and entrepreneurship.
Throughout her career, Omolola has played a pivotal role in setting up and managing small businesses, shaping strategic policies, creating policy and procedure manuals, and mentoring high-performing teams. She is passionate about promoting women’s economic inclusion.
Omolola holds certifications in accounting, financial management, and renewable energy and climate financing. Her participation in various leadership and business development summits has enhanced her proficiency in critical areas such as strategy development, operations management, policy and systems development, and building strategic partnerships to drive enterprise growth and sustain startups.
Her educational background includes an ongoing certification program in climate and renewable energy from the Frankfurt School of Finance and Management. She also possesses a Master’s Degree in Finance from the University of Lagos, a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Babcock University, and several other qualifications. These include being a Fellow Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants and a Certified Management Consultant from the Institute of Management Consultants of Nigeria and Global.
