Short Bio:
I am Co-Founder and Director of THREON Energy Systems Ltd, a platform focused on the orchestration of large-scale energy transition programmes across ports, grids, and public infrastructure. My work sits at the intersection of governance, finance, and delivery — ensuring complex, multi-stakeholder energy systems are structured to be bankable, resilient, and institutionally aligned. I work closely with governments, port authorities, and international partners, supporting the transition from fragmented project development toward nationally coordinated, investable programmes. My focus includes early-stage programme architecture, risk allocation, and alignment with DFI, ESG, and sovereign procurement frameworks. My background spans strategy, governance, and creative systems design, with a particular interest in how authority, sequencing, and accountability shape long-term infrastructure outcomes.
