Short Bio:
My journey began with a simple yet profound realization: in Yaoundé, our streets do not lack wealth; they lack a perspective that transforms waste into a resource. As a holder of a Master’s degree in Spatial Planning and Sustainable Development, I spent my university years analyzing maps, flows, and urban fabrics. But beyond academic theories, it was on the ground—in the heart of our neighborhoods—that my true calling took hold. I saw women, the invisible pillars of our communities, struggling for financial independence, while mountains of plastic waste choked our land. I founded GreenTech Empowerment Cameroon to bridge these two realities. My ambition is not merely technological; it is deeply human. For me, every paving stone we produce from recycled plastic is more than just a construction material; it is a foundation stone for restoring the dignity of youth and women. By creating circular economy loops, we are doing more than just cleaning our cities—we are building opportunities where others saw only pollution. Today, I am more than an entrepreneur; I am a builder of the transition. I carry the voice of a Cameroonian youth that no longer wants to simply witness climate change, but instead aims to become the architect of its own resilience. I firmly believe that if you give a woman a tool for transformation, you change not only her home but the entire urban ecosystem around her. My daily work is to prove that sustainable development in Cameroon will not be a matter of grand speeches, but a success carried by local, ingenious, and determined hands.
