Short Bio:
I now live back where my live started; in Groningen, the Netherlands. I started high school here, and finished it in Suriname. I left what was then home to study Organisational Sciences in Amsterdam. During that time socio-economic development gained my interest. After my Bachelor, I moved to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia to work for EntoGenex, a biotechnology company specialized in non-toxic, sustainable insect control and Dengue prevention. Starting as a sales executive, I eventually commercialized the technological innovations into a commercial service which also included awareness programs. After 2,5 years living in Malaysia I moved back to the Netherlands to start my carreer in renewable energy. First at a small, local project where I am now part of the board and project developer. And now since a year also with one of the biggest and best (!) solar developers of the Netherlands, Solarfields.
