Short Bio:
I work with utilities and investors, mainly in Europe, supporting them to achieve their business goals and help value creation – be it as part of M&A life-cycle, turnaround/transformation efforts, or business strategy development and implementation. I have experience developing and implementing strategies and operating models across various energy industry business functions. My focus areas include: Energy Markets; Energy Trading; Energy Sourcing and Route-to-Market; Grid Strategy; Grid O&M including Digitalisation; Smart Grid; Corporate Functions (Risk, Finance, Controlling, HSE…).
I hold MSc. in Sustainable Urban Development from The Bartlett School of Planning, UCL and Ing. Arch. (RIBA part II equivalent) from the Faculty of Architecture, CTU in Prague. I have been in consulting and the sector since 2012 and have worked for the Boston Consulting Group (BCG), RWE Consulting, innogy International Middle East (Consulting and Ventures), innogy Consulting GmbH – and currently for Charles River Associates in Germany.
