Short Bio:
  Ilana is originally from South Africa and has been active in the Refrigeration, Air Conditioning, and Heat Pump (RACHP)/HVAC&R industry for more than a decade. Most recently, she was the Head of Market Intelligence & Media at ATMOsphere (previously shecco) and before that, the Editor of RACA Journal and Cold Link Africa. Currently, she is working freelance on Communications, Media & PR activities with various organisations active in the RACHP sector.
