Since then, she has worked at a Berlin-based consultancy designing end-user finance schemes for Solar Home Systems in Pakistan, and worked directly with IDCOL in Bangladesh on developing an advisory programme for the organisation. She also has worked with the EU Energy Initiative Partnership Dialogue Facility on policy advisory projects focused on financial incentives for renewables in the ECOWAS region as well as working closely with the African Union for the Africa-EU Energy Partnership. Hadley holds a Master of Public Policy Degree from the Hertie School of Governance and a dual Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Global Development Studies from Queen’s University.
