Short Bio:
Dr. Essia ZNOUDA is a holder of an Engineering Diploma (2002), a MSc Diploma (2003) and a Ph. D (2009) in industrial engineering from the National Engineering School of Tunis (ENIT) – University of Tunis El Manar (UTM). Since 2009, she is an assistant professor at the Industrial Engineering department – National Engineering School of Tunis (ENIT) where she is teaching courses in Operational Research and Optimization, Lean management, Design Thinking and Innovation Management, Energy Efficiency and Policy. She is head of the industrial engineering department at the National Engineering School of Tunis since August 2024. She is a permanent member of the Research Laboratory MOED (Matériaux, Optimisation et Energie pour la Durabilité). Main research topics: • Modelling and optimization of energy systems • Energy policy • Life cycle assessment and sustainability She is a member of the TWNET (Tunisian Women Network for Energy Transition) and a member of the Green H2 Women Tunisian Network.
