Short Bio:
Elisa is a senior leader specializing in corporate finance, business strategy, and energy, with extensive leadership experience in multinational companies including Shell, Wood Mackenzie, Baker Hughes, and National Grid. She has served as a university professor and is the founder of the CFA UK Energy Finance (Energy Transition) special interest group. Elisa has published in industry journals and newspapers, served on the Women’s Oil & Gas Council Committee in London, and held leadership roles in Diversity & Inclusion. She has also mentored high‑potential entrepreneurs at Endeavor. Her academic background includes a BA in Business Administration (Summa Cum Laude; Valedictorian), a Master’s degree in Finance, and executive education in M&A at INSEAD. She also holds diplomas in Decentralized Finance (DeFi) and Artificial Intelligence, and has passed Level II of the CFA Program, awarded by CFA Institute, and was a recipient of the Women’s Scholarship.
