Short Bio:
Chibuzor Mgbeokwere is the Founder and Lead Consultant at SheConsults 4 ImpactSphere (SC4IS) Limited, a consultancy firm specializing in clean energy transition research, monitoring, evaluation, research, and learning (MERL), and evidence-based policy advisory. She is a seasoned MERL expert with extensive international experience, having led and supported large-scale research, evaluation, and learning initiatives across the humanitarian and development sectors in over 25 countries, including the United States. Her work spans clean cooking transitions, climate change, health systems strengthening, gender-responsive programming, energy access, and impact evaluation. Chibuzor currently serves as the Chairperson, Research, Results, and Resource Mobilization Committee, and National Coordinator for the Clean Cookstove Initiative at the Women in Renewable Energy Association (WIRE-A), where she leads strategic efforts advancing clean cooking adoption and energy transition in Nigeria. She holds a Master’s degree in Environmental Health and is a member of the African Evaluators Association (AfrEA). Her professional interests lie at the intersection of energy, climate action, public health, gender equity, and evidence-informed development programming.
