Short Bio:
Agnieszka Wörner has been working at RENAC since 2021. At RENAC she is applying her expertise as Project Director for Renewable Energy, Energy Efficiency, Green Banking and ESG in diverse regions, i.a. Africa, Asia and Latin America. She successfully manages multi-projects, identifies learning gaps through market research, expert interviews and surveys. She is responsible for organising adult training as well as producing content and training materials for trainings on renewable energy financing, ESG, female inclusion, renewable energy, communication and sustainable development.
Before joining RENAC she has gathered vast international professional experience while living and working in Switzerland, Colombia, Australia and Mexico. She settled in Berlin (Germany) where, while worked for big international companies, she has successfully conceptualised, developed and implemented workshops, trainings and programmes in the field of environmental awareness, waste management, renewable energy, sustainability, medicine and human resources. Agnieszka is a certified project manager (waterfall and agile), trainer and moderator. Agnieszka has a Master in Environmental Engineering and is a certified Environment (Conservation) Manager. Her native tongue is polish, fluent in English, German and Spanish and currently working on the french.
