Discover the Third Cohort of the Women in Energy Storage Mentoring Program

We are thrilled to introduce the 21 exceptional women selected for the third edition of the Women in Energy Storage Mentoring Program. Hosted by the Secretariat of the Energy Storage Partnership at the World Bank Energy Sector Management Assistance Program (ESMAP) and the Global Women’s Network for the Energy Transition (GWNET), this initiative is dedicated to empowering women in the energy storage sector. The initiative specifically aims to:

• Increase women’s representation at managerial and decision-making levels, and ultimately advance the pace of the energy transition;
• Foster social change, facilitate novel ideas, and encourage networking; and
• Support participants in developing concrete career goals that they can strategically work towards.

Our participants, hailing from 17 different countries, are junior and middle-management professionals working in diverse areas of energy storage. Here are the talented individuals who will be part of this year’s cohort:

Become a Mentor – What’s in it for You?

As a mentor, you get the opportunity to give something valuable back to more junior professionals and to expand your own knowledge through the mentees’ perspective.

Mentoring will contribute to personal and professional development for both you and your mentee, as well as, shaping the direction of future generations within your field of expertise.
