Description: To kick off a series of virtual networking events and introduce the Women in Renewable Energy in Africa Network (W-REA) mentoring programme, the IFC welcomed leading women in renewable energy to speak about their role models and the influence they had in advancing their career and professional ambitions.
GWNET Senior Advisor, Irene Giner-Reichl, took part in a panel where she discussed the power of positive role models and their impact on contributing to the leadership journey of women in the renewable sector across Africa.
