GWNET Mentoring Programme 2019

This 12-month mentoring programme, launched in March 2019, connected over 20 mentees in junior and middle management roles within the energy sector. GWNET carefully matched each mentee with a mentor to ensure strong, compatible partnerships, conducted primarily online with a series of knowledge-transfer webinars for broader learning.

Alongside mentoring, participants accessed GWNET webinars for professional development and could network with peers and alumni. Upon completing the programme, mentees received a Certificate of Completion, recognising their growth and achievements.
