Short Bio:
I am 24 years old, Business Management graduate from University of Southampton, living in London. I have been active in the Renewable Energy space for over 3 years now, via the field of Recruitment. I have a vast network especially in Germany and the UK. Over 40% of our executive appointments in the sector have been women, and our internal team is well over 50% female, both of which I’m personally really proud of. I am committed to challenging the status quo and building leadership teams that better reflect the future of the industry. Outside of this, I was born in Mumbai, India and moved to the UK at 17 years old, and am working on a Skilled-workers visa. Diversity and inclusion is something I feel strongly about, and would love to connect with like-minded people in this space.
