In a collaboration between GIZ’s Sector Network Transport, Environment, Energy and Water in Asia (TUEWAS) and an expert from the Vietnam Energy Efficient Network (EEN-Vietnam), this new study sets out to assess the effectiveness and impact of operating energy women networks worldwide in promoting gender equality, women‘s leadership development, and knowledge sharing in the energy sector. The research also offers best practices and recommendations for networks in formulation or those aiming to optimise their operation and impact.
