Description: GWNET Communications Manager, Davina Ngei, presented key findings from the GWNET study – “Women for Sustainable Energy – Strategies to Foster Women’s Talent for Transformational Change,” at the AREI Regional Training and Experience-Sharing Platform for Eastern Africa.
Her presentation was part of a session on ‘Renewable Energy and Gender Equality,’ which aimed to provide qualitative and quantitative insights on the status of women’s participation in the renewable energy sector in Africa, including successes, challenges, and solutions.
