The Global Women’s Network for the Energy Transition (GWNET) on behalf of the German Energy Agency (dena) and the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action (BMWK), under the German bilateral energy partnerships, is excited to present the second cohort of the “Women in Energy Empowerment” mentoring programme.
This mentoring programme aims to advance the careers of mid-career women working in the energy transition, in Israel, Türkiye, and Ukraine, through mentorship, knowledge transfer, and networking. We thank all applicants for taking part in this process.

Each mentee will be matched with a hand-picked mentor and will engage in a bilateral exchange between March and November 2023. The matchmaking is done based on career motivations stipulated in the application form.
Simultaneously, an exclusive knowledge-transfer series on energy and personal development topics will be organised for the mentee cohort to stimulate growth.
