This International Women’s Day, we celebrate the women who champion diversity and inclusivity, as well as advance the energy transition.

We believe that the equal participation of women in the energy transition is not only a human right but necessary if we are to meet the ambitious targets we’ve set for a sustainable future.

In this regard, we have planned:

  • several advocacy activities on the role of women in the energy transition with the goal of creating awareness, strengthening networks and ultimately influencing decision-making, and
  • mentoring opportunities that are designed to accelerate the careers of women in the energy sector, support their pathway to leadership positions and foster a global network of mentorship, knowledge-sharing and empowerment

We encourage you to take part, apply, spread the news and most importantly, contribute to a more diverse and inclusive energy transition.
